My life's not perfect and neither am I

Natuwa lang ako last Sunday, pauwe na kame ni rams pagkagaling magsimba, pareho kameng ginutom , at dahil nagtitipid nga kame at ayaw na rin namenkumain sa fastfood, naghanap kame ng makakainan, at nahanap namen to sa kahabaan ng shaw blvd. Sulit ang pagtatry kase ang sarap ng Burger steak nila with egg kase made of tapa, sarap ng timpla at in fairness, di sya matigas, si rams naman solved sa spaghetti, kase daw yung sauce nalasahan nya na purong kamatis ang ginamit hindi yung tomato sauce na ready to use na. sabe nya yung sauce mukhang kamatis, sibuyas at bawang na binelender, kaya masarap sya at ang nakakatuwa pa, napakamura at ang dame ng servings. worth a try! :)

H I G H - L I G H T S

Twenty eleven was not a perfect year for me pero naenjoy ko sya. Kung anong dame ng pagsubok at problema (magkaiba ba sila?), ganun din naman ang mga bagay, events na nagpaligaya saken, at isa na don ang matutunan ko at medyo naiaapply ko ng ang  kasabihan..." Happiness is a choice " . At yon nga, mas naeenjoy ko na ang buhay ko ngayun kase namamind set ko na ang utak ko ( natural utak ang namamind set ). na nomatter how difficult the situation is, namnamin ko ang difficulty, ang inis, ang frustration , ang lungkot, pero natutunan ko na ring wag na lang silang patambayin sa buhay ko kase di sila good companions :). And want to highlight some of the memories nf 2011 na binaon ko ngayung 2012 (to make me smile namam ).

Matt was chosen to be the Pick of the Month (March) ng Moosegear . This wasn't based on votes. He was picked by the judges ;). 

 AT dahil sa Moosegear , my handler na kumontak samen and asked Matt to be one of his talents, we agreed and Matt did some vtr's and pictorials 

( mostly for experience and exposures )

 and  finally, nabunga ang hirap ni Matt , nakasama sya sa isang commercial ng Lucky Me with Sarag G., although more on extra lang sila, pero nakakAtuwa na rin na naexperience ni Matt yon, coz they did some workshops and got to mingle with few talents. Kaya lang , medyo napagod ata si Matt , ayaw nya na daw nyang mag-VTR (until now di pa rin nagbabago ang isip nya) 

Nadiscover ko din ang mga bagong interests ni Matt (well aside from train and fountains )... ang musika. I'm really amazed by him , not just because his my son , but because, may potential talaga and meron syang " musician's ear ". may mga chrods na syang kayang tipahin at konting part ng kantang kayang tugtugin sa ukelele ang drums, he's good at beatboxing :). We'll support him.

so blessed to watch this concert. really an amazing experience... and looking forwaqrd another this year :)

very touching saken tong salu-salo na to , dito ko napatunayan kung gano ko kaswerte sa mga kaibigan, dito ko nalaman kung ano ang kaya nilang isakripisyo para saken. i'm contented to have them. love them so much ! :')

discovered a new musician na naispire ako at pinaiyak ako at napamahal agad saken ...kase kamukha sya ng tatay ko :( . si IZ Kamakawiwo 'Ole.

nakabalik-Tagaytay , pero hindi nagfieldtrip or napadaan lang, kundi nag roadtrip, nakadiscover ng bagong kainan at masasarap na pagkain , mga hotels and lugar na kung saan magrerelaks kame ni Rams...soooon ;)

pambasabog bago magyear-end, dumatong si Dais at nangyari na ang pinakakaabangan nameng lahat.. ang " get-together ". pero may naiba this year, medyo malayo ang narating namen, mas masarap na food, overnight kaya mas mahaba ang kwentuhan , ang tawanan.. mas magastos nga lang ... pero its all worth it! next year ulit! ;)

and most of all... rams and i are getting better and better and better...

so happy with my life.. its not perfect though, im loving its imperfection! Thank you Lord my the year twenty-eleven!

Twenty twelve! Good vibes! The best is yet to come!

Yan ang mantra ko sa taong ito dahil maganda ang pasok ng bagong taon saken. Wala naman extravaganzang nangyari, wala naman kaming napanalunan na kontest o raffle.Naobserbahan ko lang na medyo kakaiba ang New Year's celebration namen ngayun kumpara nung nakaraang taon. Ngayun mas maraming kaming mga pictures at naiupload ko pa sa Facebook (hehehe) , di lang mga pictures namen na kame-kame lang kundi kasama pa ang mga neighbors namen, kasama namen silang nanonood ng mga fireworks displays,at syempre plus bigayan ng food, first time ko ding magprepare ng baked mac (medyo hindi nga lang naging successful ) , 

at hindi masyadong nalango sa alak ang asawa ko at maagang umuwi (walang himala! trip nya lang daw umuwi ng maaga ), after ng fireworks, for the  first time, nagaya ang kapatid kong kumain kame ng media noche ... ng sabay-sabay (literal ), i mean yung sya ang nag-aya , and we did ate ng sabay-sabay with matching kwentuhan habang kumakain at syempre si nanay bumangka na naman sa mga jokes .

Ewan ko ba, siguro ganito talaga pag nagmamature ka ( hehehe ...ayoko pang imention na tumatanda ) , nagiging appreciative ka ng masyado,  feeling ko nagiging mababaw na kaligayahan ko . 

Pero kababawan man o hindi, masaya ang pagpasok ng unang araw ng taon saken, at nararamdaman kong, todo na to! ikaw na 2012! Good vibes! ...the best is yet to come!!! '',)

I so love this post and it made realized what GRATITUDE means. So often , when i pray, it takes me a while to pray for my needs- favors, provisions,healing ,etc, but so little time i give to gratify Him.I forgot ,if not for the blessings of life ,i wouldn't be here praying at all. So often ,I complain about the delays in my requests,but i forgot to think of all the surprisingly-wonderful things that happened to me- a very-touching text from a good friend, randomly picking "forgotten-money" from a pocket when you need it, waking up in the morning having the feeling that "today's gonna be great day ". 







God knows my needs,my wants , my desires and most of all... He knows when to give them. I just wish that i can always remind myself that the blessings are overwhelming that i should spend at least one WHOLE DAY , just to thank HIM , NO requesting, no begging etc. Just one day ... to thank HIM.
