May narinig daw na ingay sa bubong yung mother ng bata . Di pinansin ng mag-asawa , kala nila wala lang , then the mother saw a hole sa ceiling nila and the father saw his one-year old son, na naliligo sa sarili nyang dugo.
It was a shocking news. I know , this is not the first time, na nangyari ito, pero sa isang taong gulang na natutulog lang... I cant put into words kung ano ang naramdaman ko. As a mother, I know how painful it is to be in the mother's situation.
This made me realize how short life is here on earth. I know its passe to say " life is short, live life to the fullest ".
Ilang beses na nating narinig ito at ilang beses na rin nating sinabi ito sa sarili naten at maaaring sa ibang tao rin .
But do we really know how short our lives are ? How fast the clock is tickling? Are we really living our lives to the fullest? How can we say we are?
No one can really answer the last two questions except ourselves, coz we have different definitions on " living life to the fullest " .
Naalala ko tuloy yung prayer ng anak ko pag matutulog na kame.
Thank you Lord for the world so sweet
Thank you Lord for the bird that sings
Thank you Lord for the food we eat
Thank you Lord for everything. Amen .
Nung first time kong marinig to , parang wala lang, was just a common "baby prayer" . Pero lately , " narinig " ko na sya. The very essence of the prayer. BE GRATEFUL coz we are still here on earth...moving, feeling, sensing, laughing , living and blessed .
And yes..... " life is short... live life to the fullest "
